It really was a pain
But sometimes i liked it
It felt like eating glass
And metal
Throatböld
A böld in my throat

My throat is full of böld

Maggots, crawling, infesting, eating
Gore in my mouth, in my stomach, in my ears
Vomit, running, burning, feeding
Blood on my chainsaw, in my skull, in my rotting throat
First time i noticed
The throatböld in my throat
I tried to swallow
A knife
The böld is growing
Like guts in a tree
But you can't feel
The pain that's caused by a throatböld
