Silent night holy night
All is calm all is bright
Round yon virgin mother and child
Holy infant so tender and mild
Sleep in heavenly peace

on the sixth day
when the word came
we began our journey
we would not break the promise
lonely hasten to the shoreline
just in time to see them sail away

we lay sleepless
and the weather made no sense
